Case Work
Our Case Workers are trained to assist people presenting in crisis and needing professional assistance.
The Case Work program can assist people to address their problems and look at strategies to stabilize and overcome situations of crisis. Practical assistance is offered as well as referrals and linkages to other programs and services.
All counselling is completely confidential.
Interpreters can be arranged for languages other than English and for people with a hearing impairment.
This service is provided at no charge to eligible residents.
Eligibility
Clients must live in Narre Warren, Doveton, Harkaway, Berwick, Eumemmerring, Hallam and some parts of Beaconsfield. We will ask you to show current identification with your name and local address (usually a Centrelink Card or Driver’s Licence).
