Susan commenced her work with Casey North Community Information & Support Service in 1997. At that time the original steering committee had just been successful in lobbying for funding to establish the centre and had registered as a Board of Management. Since that time Susan has established the service to be one of the primary services in Casey, responding to the vulnerable and disadvantaged. She has grown the organisation to include the programs and resources that are available and listed in this website. She has a passion to work towards a fairer deal for all and a more equitable distribution of wealth. She has formal qualifications including a Bachelor of Arts and Welfare Diploma and a wealth of experience as she has worked in the community sector for over 30 years.

Lidia has been with the organisation since November 1997. She has degrees in Bachelor of Arts (Hon) from Monash University and Bachelor of Social Work from The University of Melbourne.

Lidia has also completed Diploma of Pedagogics in Poland in 2010.

Lidia has witnessed the growth, changes and issues within the City of Casey community. She works directly with clients that present to our organization with complex personal and/or family matters.

Lidia also provides short term counselling and her areas of special interests are grief & loss and relationship counselling. In 2017 Lidia has written a paper “Should we Re-think our Relationship with Modern Technology? Impact of Mobile Phones and Tablets on Relationships”.

Lidia is bi-lingual worker and speaks Polish, her passion is teaching Polish language.
